历峰集团旗下奢侈品牌Dunhill日前宣布其在中国的商标维权案已赢得胜利，广东省佛山市中级人民法院日前裁定平价男装品牌Danhuoli存在商标侵权和不当竞争行为，需赔偿Dunhill1000万元人民币，约合147万美元。Dunhill表示，此次胜诉可被视为全球品牌在中国打假里程碑式的胜利，其获赔金额远超过中国其它商标侵权案的平均值。

康泰纳仕任命Lindsay Peoples Wagner为Teen Vogue新主编

传媒巨头康泰纳仕日前宣布Lindsay Peoples Wagner为Teen Vogue的新主编。在加入Teen Vogue前，Lindsay Peoples Wagner一直是纽约杂志The Cut的时装编辑，有业界人士称此次任命对于她而言是一次重大飞跃。Teen Vogue原主编Phillip Picardi将于11月底正式离职，并加入Out杂志。

阿里京东等10家电商承诺：决不制假售假、欺骗消费者
